Personalized coaching based on the Shayla Well-Being method is also intended for people who do not know how to do the exercises correctly and who tend to give up physical activity for various reasons: lack of time, self-confidence, or motivation.

The Shayla Bien-Etre method consists of gently working your body, both physically and mentally, as well as nutritionally, so that the results last over time . It is suitable for everyone and does not require any prerequisites.

With extensive experience in the field, our professional sports coach has developed his own personal and teaching approach to these wellness disciplines. He has been guided by theoretical training and practical work, which has led him to develop this easily accessible method.

The Shayla wellness method will help you perform specific exercises targeting the core areas of the body. It consists of exercises, with or without equipment (step, elastic band, small weights, ball, ab wheel).

You will be coached by a competent and professional coach in personal training and nutritional coaching to help you achieve your “well-being” goal.

Coaching can take place at home, in your gym, or at your workplace to support you in your health and fitness goals.

Sports coaching allows you to :

5/ Nutritional coaching: using proteins, carbohydrates, and fats correctly without gaining weight

6/ Obtain advice on taking dietary supplements from a phytotherapy consultant and naturopath.

7/ Obtain a postural assessment of your five external sensors to check your postural balance (feet, pelvis, spine, jaw, eyes).
