I started aerial silks classes a few years ago because I found this sport to be very beautiful and elegant. I started this sport at over 40 years old, after decades without exercise and being overweight.

Thanks to the encouragement and kindness of Isabella and the group, I am progressing and managing to perform tricks. I challenge myself every year to learn more.

I feel so proud when I manage to perform a trick that I have struggled with. There is a great atmosphere and Isabella helps you progress and adapts to each student.
